A look at what to expect inside AlignedLife — how it's structured, what happens regularly, and where it's headed.
The greatest value of AlignedLife isn't a feature or a calendar of events — it's the people. Being surrounded by a small, curated group of like-minded people who are genuinely committed to living their authentic lives is the foundation everything else is built on.
Everything described below exists in service of that — structures and rhythms that give the community shape, so the people in it have real opportunities to know each other, support each other, and grow together.
Two sessions every month. The first is a "hot seat" — one member becomes the focus of the hour, bringing an obstacle, opportunity, or life event to the group for advice, perspective, and insight drawn from everyone else's experience.
The second is a group coaching session with Justin — a chance to work through what's on your mind in a small, mini-coaching format alongside other members.
Each quarter centers on one of four pillars — though conversations naturally flow across all of them throughout the year. Initiatives, prompts, and activities throughout each quarter will draw from its focus.
2027 will open with Julia Cameron's The Artist's Way — members will have the opportunity to join a 12-week cohort working through the framework together.
We won't overwhelm the community with guest speakers. When it's the right fit, we'll bring in someone we believe will add real value — but only a few times a year, and always with intention.
There are no replays, only a written summary of the main takeaways. With just a handful of guest sessions annually, we want the experience to be meaningful for both the speaker and the community — and an engaged audience is where guest speakers thrive.
Beyond all of this, there will be other opportunities to explore, experiment, and grow — driven by what the community itself needs and wants. It's important that the community has a hand in shaping its own direction. When there's a clear desire for something, we'll look for ways to bring it to life.
All of this — the sessions, the conversations, the calendar — will live on Circle, which we believe is the best platform built for communities like this one.
"We are not here to build ourselves — we are here to uncover who we already are."
We're still building out the calendar and the community space. Sign up to stay up to date — and to be first to know when the doors open.
